"Switch between apps" window won't go away???.

Go to PC and devices -> App switching and turn OFF "Allow switching between recent apps"

When the Switch between Apps window comes up, move your mouse to the upper left hand corner to close it. 

If the "Switch Between Apps" window still comes back, please follow this procedure:

1. Press the Windows key and the S to open the Search box.
2. Type in device manager and click on the app.
3. Expand the Human interface Devices in the Device Manager.
4. Right-click on the HID-compliant touch screen and select Disable.
5. Select Yes to answer Do you really want to disable it?
6. Close Device Manager
